A solution to the immigration problem

The solution would be to completely forget the border, let people from all countries freely immigrate to the US, but introduce an additional 50% flat income tax on all non Americans. So a non American Walmart worker would effectively be making half of the regular Walmart wage, which would be unlivable.

Things like the Kalergi Plan weren't created to be solved.
