Like all modern American products, Apple products are low quality junk. They will quickly break with normal use. Therefore it is essential to get effective support so that your Apple junk product can be quickly repaired when it breaks. Effective support actually requires paying for 2 Apple services. The first is AppleCare which is what provides the warrantee coverage to pay for repair. But this isn't good enough by itself because you will be treated like garbage by Apple when you go to the Apple store. You will be made to wait forever to see a technician and then it will take days to actually get your computer repaired. The solution to this is Apple Joint Venture. This program isn't widely advertised, but it results in customer support where you treated like a human being instead of like human cattle. When you arrive at the Apple store, immediately tell them that you are Joint Venture member. This puts you to the front of the queue and you will see a technician quickly. And when they send your computer off for repair, they will lend you a replacement computer. You can insist on having all your data transfered to this replacement computer which means that you can continue working while your computer is being repaired. Why isn't this great program more popular? I guess modern morons like being treated like garbage. And in fact the few reviews of the Joint Venture program that I have seen ridicule it as a waste of money. Anything hated modern reviewers is probably excellent. I highly recommend Joint Venture to owners of Apple products.
