This is pretty simple. If you want marriage you need to be able to outbid the female's other options in terms of money and social status, so create or join some hierarchy you can be high up in and where you will be handed lots of money.

If you want casual sex, this is a specialist function now. Just as if you wanted people to come to you to have their cars repaired you would become a mechanic, if you want skanks to come to you when they want to be entertained you should get into the entertainment industry or something they regard as entertaining. It would also help to have a personality conducive to hedonism, which is to say to be blithe, stupid, unconcerned, shallow, short-term focused etc. If you don't have such a personality and don't want to be lobotomized, perhaps there is some drug you can take to make you like that.

Maybe alcohol? I generally don't drink for religious reasons, but I have heard other people refer to alcohol as a "social lubricant". I think the way it works is that alcohol temporarily makes you stupid, and therefore more tolerable to modern scum.

Alcohol can work but is not ideal for most of us. In my case, if I reached the blissful state of stupidity required I would be unable to and not interested in performing sexually. For more borderline cases it might work to some extent. Perhaps some party drugs would be better.

I wish I can get a specific type of woman to either marry and/or have sexual relations with voluntarily of her own free will. I don't want to pay for sex. Even if it is a platonic relationship.

All sexual relationships with a female are a kind of quid pro quo. Get over it.

I thought about this some more and I don't think this will work because people today aren't just impulsive because they lack self control, but because they have specially evolved impulses, which would be difficult for a person without them to replicate. Have you ever seen the way impulsive people move their whole bodies in sudden and intricate ways when they speak? It's not something you do just because you lack self control - the impulses must also exist within you.

If you actually wanted to have casual sex with skanks, it would be probably best to not worry about stuff like that and just do some activity associated with entertainment or manly prowess where you could have some status.

I think this may have been the strategy of Lou Pearlman. I would be surprised if it got him women though.
