Might Julia make it as Reactionary Software?

The syntax reminds me of luan, and I think that it is quite beautiful.

It is faster than python, but just as easy to learn and write.

I love it so much, and some day I will move away from Python, and use Julia wherever I can.

What are your thoughts on Julia?

I hadn't heard of Julia and looked it up.  It looks well designed for its intended purpose of numeric and scientific computing.  It does not compete with Luan which has a different purpose which is applications programming.  In particular, Luan is a pure scripting language, unlike languages like Python and Julia.  See the first paragraph here:
