I like drinking hot chocolate but I have always had a difficult time making it. One problem is that the chocolate doesn't mix well so I end up with large lumps at the bottom of a cup. The other problem is that I usually over heat the chocolate and create a layer of milk skin.
I recently bought Mr. Coffee BVMC-HC5 Cafe Cocoa Hot Chocolate Maker, Black and it solves my problems. The hot chocolate is perfectly mixed so there is no residue left on the bottom and the temperature is perfect. An added benefit is you get a nice thick froth on top that's hard to recreate without machine.
