Question for Allen

Clarkton
I am physically not too skinny and not fat. I want to become bigger. I could just read about it online but since you seem to have knowledge on this kind of area, do you have suggestions?

If your primary goal is bulking up and you don't have a problem with getting fat then a standard gym routine would probably be the way to go. I would train with whole body workouts three times a week doing all the main compound lifts to start with. Eat a high calorie, high protein diet. I could go into more detail if need be. Later when you know what you are doing and assuming you are fully grown you could try sarms/steroids if you want.

No matter how much I eat I don't gain any weight because of high metabolism. Is there any kind of solution to this if I want to get bigger?

I was skinny at your age.  You will get bigger as you get older.  So the easiest solution is just to wait for it.

I think around 18.  I ran and did weights the whole time.

Why worry about how you look?  Strength and health matter.  Looks is just for women, and western women hate decent men, so looks won't help there.

Just eat more and do weights. If you feel you need to you could do things like drinking a 50/50 mixture of cream and ginger ale, which is highly likely to make you grow in one way or another, but there is the risk of getting more fat than muscular.

You don't take anyone's heartfelt, helpful advice, yet you give out half-assed or downright dangerous advice. That's how you become a fitness guru overnight.

Eh, the advice is a perfectly sensible common sense summary of what you would do.
