Refuge in Islam

My main concern right now is to clearly establishing how decent non-Muslims can have refuge from evil modern culture in a mosque.  Islam does not want non-serious people around who may harm the community.  So I want to establish a set of standards for non-Muslims to make them acceptable in a mosque.  I will present this standard in my mosque for approval.  This is what I currently have:

1.  Respect Islam.
2.  Pray daily in the Muslim form.
3.  Give charity in your mosque community.
4.  Consume no calories during daylight of Ramadan.
5.  Read the Quran.

Western civ can't be salvaged, so we should support the Islamic invasion?

Another alternative is to develop a European version of Islam.  This would have the strength to keep out invaders.  This is basically what Europe did with Christianity.
