Probably one of the individuals that influenced Varg Vikernes. He goes over the material, technological, financial and cultural perspective as to how the modern military-industrial complex is unsustainable, where economic growth cannot be infinite on a planet with finite resources in addition to cultural decadence, modern civilization will inevitably collapse.

Then he goes over on how to survive the imminent doom

This is one area where I disagree with Varg.  I don't believe there is a scarcity of resources.  The only things are that are becoming scarce are intelligence and good judgement.
