I think I am sort of a neo-Luddite because I miss society when it was not so automated, artificial and computerized. Some of it is nostalgia and others it feels like a genuine loss of something to be desired. I am on the younger end of millennials and by the time I graduated high school Facebook, Tinder, and smartphones were just rising in popularity and everything was "going digital" or were inevitably going in that direction.
I'm not an extremist about it because I am not opposed or dislike using all technologies. I miss the more analog world though. I like my electro-mechanic devices, I like my physical media, I like my analog TV and phone reception. Is it to this degree even in small and/or poor countries?
It is also interesting to discuss what people here who feel similar propose for a possible solution or solutions.
