Peter, how many oz of water did you consume when you did your 9hr hike?

Peter's suggestion is booked so that doesn't work. fschmidt wants thick walls to avoid noise. In this case I think our best bet is an older hotel or an airbnb property.

Here are two suggestions:

I checked two other old hotels:

- http://www.oldtowncosmopolitan.com/ (much cheaper but all booked)
- http://www.lavalencia.com/ (similar to price in 1) but all booked)

2) gives us more privacy and a communal area to hang in but we'll need to go out for food. 1) has a restaurant in hotel, which could be convenient.

Whatever the case I suggest we move fast on decision since everything is booking up.

This is too expensive, I have never paid so much for a hotel.  I don't want to pay more than $150 per night.  If you want me to look for a place, I can do it.
