When females needed individual husbands to be providers and protectors they would seek what was traditionally thought of as a "good man" because a lot of their interactions with the world would be mediated by their husband. He would be their port of call for food, shelter and protection, and part of the deal was that he would also be their port of call for sex, emotional support, probably getting their car fixed etc. For this comprehensive service the female would seek a comprehensive package - hard worker, practical, upstanding, good father etc. Hence a good man.
Men seem to want to pretend that it is the same when it comes to skanks selecting men to have casual sex with, but in fact almost the opposite is the case. The major aspects of provision and protection of the skanks is taken care of by the system in one way or the other, so there is no need for them to seek a comprehensive deal on other services. These services can be sought from the appropriate man on a case by case basis.
Suppose the skank wanted to get her car fixed. She probably wouldn't go to some random "good man" even if he happened to be good at fixing cars. She would likely go to a man who specialized in fixing cars, i.e. a mechanic. If there were lots of mechanics she would be even more selective, e.g. going to a mechanic who specialized in BMWs if she had a BMW.
It is basically the same with casual sex, which is a subset of entertainment. The skanks would naturally go to men they perceive as specializing in entertainment. Examples would be musicians, athletes, drug dealers and criminal underclass generally, actors, wealthy playboys, bar staff and such like. They would also naturally seek an entertaining and fun personality type, which is to say men who don't care about anything but having fun. That is, men who are stupid, immoral, oblivious, have high time preference, impulsive, psychopathic etc.
(An example of this was given by "high class" male prostitute Sterling Cooper. When he would go out with rich female clients, he trained himself to impulsively order whatever he wanted from the menu, rather than scanning for good deals, which was a real bring-down for his clients. But, you say, since the clients are paying, wouldn't they applaud him saving them money? The thing is that if they wanted to save money they would just stay at home. His purpose is to let them have a good time without breaking the mood by reminding them of any negative consequences. Note that the clients don't think being irresponsible like this makes him "better" than other men. Just more fit for purpose. If they went out with their portfolio manager and he DIDN'T scan the menu, they would probably fire him.)
It is not quite true to say that skanks want to have sex with the polar opposite of good men, which is to say men who are pieces of shit, since they may also select for some positive qualities, but generally being a piece of shit is most of the battle.
